The Waterproof memory foam contract mattress uses a revolutionary vinyl cover and is popular in many contract situations ranging from nursing care homes and student accommodation to the MOD.

Comprising of a specialist high density polyurethane foam for excellent pressure relief or easier use with electric bed. Using the finest quality Combustion Modified High Resilient foam (CMHR) this mattress provides not only the best pressure re-distribution properties, but great patient comfort & product longevity.

Side Wall construction enables primary stability for patient transfer purposes. Complete with a durable, multi-stretch, vapour permeable cover and a toughened polyurethane base, the mattress provides an important contribution towards the infection control and tissue viability standards of a modern hospital, nursing or home care environment.

The mattress provides medium-firm support, and features welded seams for total resistance to liquids. Ideal for high incontinence usage, the mattress is easy to wipe clean and contains hypo-allergenic fillings making it a hygienic option.

The 15 cm deep medium feel V35 foam inner will contour to bodies shape for comfortable support. Conforms to ignition crib 5 regulations.

Always buy these beds and mattresses for our B&B. Guests are always happy with them and they last well. The wheel system on the bed bases can be difficult to install and the middle wheels are prone to break.

We have bought these mattresses before as they are very comfortable and I have given them 5 stars. However, after being used in our holiday accommodation for 5 years (they are only slept in for approx 6-7mths each year) a spring collapsed in one of them. We wanted to replace the broken one but had to buy 2! This was a little bit annoying as I not only had to dump the broken one I had to give the good one away as I had nowhere to keep it. So comfortable, not sure about durability, and certainly proved to be expensive.
