Service rating : While the duvet is high quality, it is more like a 15 tog than a 10.5. The advertising says “all season” but it is causing me problems with sweats and overheating. After just a few nights, I cannot use it. A Fogarty 10.5 tog is no problem. The company won’t refund or credit and I am left...
Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you found the duvet too warm. I am afraid we are unable to accept bedding back once used due to hygiene regions as explained on the telephone. It was not a question of we won't refund but were unable and we did not do a lighter weight duvet that we could have supplied.
